Camroad Properties was organized in 1991 when we purchased our first commercial office property on the prestigious Camelback corridor. We have since evolved as one of the premier commercial real estate owners and managers of office buildings in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.

In addition to approximately six commercial real estate properties on the Camelback corridor, we also offer real estate strategically located along the 16th Street and 44th Street corridors. To service those clients located in the East Valley, we offer commercial real estate properties located in Tempe and Mesa. Collectively, our buildings average 20 years of age and as long-term owners, we are consistently making improvements to our properties to keep up with industry standards.
